Delete Your Account

You can delete your Sudoku Crew account and all associated data at any time.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email address and display name).
• Your group memberships.
• Your scores on any group leaderboards.
• Your multiplayer games and moves.
• Any notification tokens, sessions or verification codes.

Saved puzzles and settings kept on your device were never sent to our servers. To remove them, uninstall the app, or for the web app remove it from your home screen and clear the site's data in your browser.

Delete it yourself

Sign in at sudokucrew.com/play (or in the app), open Settings, and tap Delete account. It's immediate.

Email hello@sudokucrew.com from the address you signed up with, and include the subject line:

That's it. We'll verify the request, delete everything, and confirm via reply within 7 days.
